9:00 AM – Doors unlocked at Center Stage
9:30 AM –Contestant Registration & Orientation (Roll Call)
10:30 AM –Contestant Prop Load-in
11:00 AM –Sound Check groups 3 and 4
11:15 AM – 1:00 PM Open rehearsal stage groups 3 and 4
11:00 AM –Personal Interview start (first 3 contestants roll call)
11:15 PM –Personal interviews Group 1 and 2
5:30 PM –Center Stage Doors open to the public
6:00 PM –Contestant meeting / roll call groups 1 and 2 only
6:30 PM –Pageant begins – Evening Gown groups 1 and 2
7:00 PM –Contestant meeting / roll call groups 3 and 4 only
7:15 PM –Talent begins groups 3 and 4
11:30 PM –Pageant ends

10:00 Am – Personal Interview Begin (Femme) (Hotel)

Friday – January 22, 2027 – MGA Final Night
10:00 AM – Doors Unlocked at Center Stage
11:00 AM – 12:15 PM Final night meeting / sound check (Roll call)
12:15 PM – Prop load in
5:30 PM – Center Stage Doors Open to the public
6:00 PM – Roll call all contestants and entertainers
6:30 PM – Pageant Begins – Top 10 announced, Talent, Evening Gown, On Stage Question
11:00 PM – Awards / Crowning
11:30 PM – Pageant ends
Saturday – January 23, 2027 – MGA Femme
10:00 Am –Doors Unlocked at Center Stage
11:00 AM – Contestant Meeting, Rehearsals, and Prop Load-In
